    Hi Peter - thanks so much for your reply! So interesting. I changed Powerpoint's/Presenter Interaction Quality to CD Quality to match Engage, and it fixed some of the slides' audio qualities - but not all of them. I've been uploading some new files and they are still suffering from tinny audio, while some orginal problematic ones are, as I said, now crystal clear.
