Now you can launch a game, and go to Options -> Audio Settings and increase Audio Samples by clicking the right side arrow until it reads 128, this reduces the chance of audio stuttering. To disable the JSRS mod if you no longer wish to run it, or want to play on a server that prohibits it, remove the @CBA_CO;@JSRS_1.5 parameters from your launch string.

Free Audio Editor: Another program that let you do anything to most sound files. The only downside in the free version is that you can only save in wav format. However thats no problem with the other program to convert them into usable ArmA 2 .ogg files... AmrA 2 should be able to use wav, but I havent had success with it yet.
