I have Arkham Asylum GOTY edition on Steam, and for some reason during gameplay the sound will sort of crackle/stutter. Cutscenes are fine, its just during actual gameplay the problem occurs. Doesn't Arkham Asylum use Nvidia gameworks? If you're on AMD hardware, it could be the cause of stuttering. Try turning off stuff like Ambient Occlusion and Depth of Field.
