I don't have the exact amp you are speaking of, but I have a couple of the Big Bang amps, have had a lot of other Planet Audio amps in the past and never had any issues. I did have one blow up because a buddy was playing with buttons, but even out of warranty, PA repaired it for nothing more than shipping charges and did it in a timely manner.

Equations aside, this is an awesome amplifier! I think it looks really good, it's made out of awesome materials, and it kind of lights up blue. The Planet Audio logo is just plastic. The Anarchy text subtly lights up blue when the amp is powered on.

A few years ago I bought a 600w 4-channel amp and a 1200w monoblock amp from Planet Audio. The 4 channel powers a Pioneer component kit and a set of Pioneer 3-ways, and the monoblock powered two 12" Type-Rs in a ported box. Everything worked great until shortly after I moved to Florida in my dark colored car.

The 5th channel being your Sub Channel you don't hear it on there. Now to the present June of 2019. Quality control must have NOT stepped up, because this is my 2nd 1800.5 anarchy amp with the "same characteristics". When I hooked up a Hi-Fonics 5 channel amp, I didn't have problems with "engine noise/feedback or anything".
