Graphic audio seems overwhelming only because it's different. The background noise fades once you're used to it and just provides atmosphere. Occasionally Graphic Audio will make someone's overall tone way different than I imagine it. I used to work evening shift as a janitor and I went thru a TON of audio.

Graphic Audio is not for me. I've only listened to the White Sand ones, but I found the sound effects and music very distracting. The noise of people walking during a conversation, chewing an apple while talking and the sound effects of swords during battles were incredibly annoying.
