When I connect to iPhone the video goes into pause and audio works OK. If I un-plug connector the video plays on the iPhone normally. I can not get any video on TV. I plugged AV Cable to inputs of receiver and plugged output cables frpm receiver to TV Line input with NO video on TV. I selected NTSC and Wide Screen in "settings" on iPhone.
