When I select the Airplay button from the Amazon Instant Video App on my iPad 4 it only sends the audio to the Apple TV, it does not play any video. The Apple TV is wired into the ethernet while of course the iPad is wireless; not sure if that has anything to do with it. What does it take to get this working.
