    These are the EXACT settings I use as well. I render the movie as QT (animation codec) from AE. I actually then just use Quicktime Player 7 to open this usually very large file, then Export from QT7 (also as a quicktime .mov) with the above specs. That's what's worked best for me. I easily takes a 1gig clip down to 10meg easily.
