Render audio w/ video. Increase (or decrease) audio buffer size in the Audio Hardware preferences. Check the audio sample rate in the sequence settings. Change audio output settings (MME or ASIO) Duplicate sequences. Downgrade preview file format (I-Frame MPEG only) Transfer project contents to a new project file.

Premiere Pro CS3 Yesterday I edited for almost 3 hours with no audio dropouts at all. Today it won't stop. I am getting dropouts about every 10 seconds and they last for 5 - 10 seconds. I have cleared the cache, stopped all unnecessary background processes, restarted the program, restarted the computer, and still not help.
