The Rava gives up nothing in perfomance to their comparable sized sub. It does everything it should do without getting in the way. This is one of those products that is low key but has gobs of performance. For all out assualt movie subs..SVS is on top.But for audiophile listening the Adire Rava gets the nod.

I don't have personal experience with the Rava, but I do have a custom made sub built with the Adire Tempest driver in a 21" cube enclosure. I've compared this one to the Paradigm Servo 15 and the performance is similar. The price is, however, is not. I paid about $900 Cdn delivered for my sub; the Paradigm new is about $2200.

This is a review of Adire's Rava Sub, consisting of a Shiva Mk. II woofer, a specially optimized version of their 250-watt sub plate amp completely assembled in an attractive REAL oak veneer enclosure.
