I have my new Acer laptop (it's the new version with Blu-Ray rather than HD-DVD) connected up to my Sony STR-DG910 receiver via HDMI. I've tried playing a couple of Blu-Rays and also mkv (with AC3 audio) files on the laptop but the receiver just displays 48Khz PCM and is not "seeing" any digital surround audio (no blue light to indicate digital surround).
