When i looked at device manager again the MultiMedia Audio controller was no longer in Other Device but in Sound, Video and game controller with a yellow circle. This time round it wasnt called Multimedia Audio Controller. It was called RealTek AC'97 Audio and the device status said This device cannot start. (Code 10)
