I put the AC3 on track one, due to the Tivo will not see it on any track other than track 1. I put the AAC Pro Logic on track 2 for playback in quicktime. When I play the file on my Tivo HD, the audio leads the video by about 15 frames or 1/2 second. When I play this same file back in VCL, both audio tracks are in perfect sync.
