Everything I do is live, so I've designed my sets to stay light at under 40% or so CPU usage at 256 buffer/44.1. The same problem persists with any Live version starting with 9.6.2, so I left the OSX alone for the time being. I'm confident that it's either a MOTU problem, or Network Midi problem, or a combo of the 2.
