I just purcased a new faceplate for the Audiovox 9900 but I have no real idea how to remove the faceplate safely. Does anyone know how to do it without the help of a faceplate removal kit? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I've searched the forums but didn't find anything on this. There are lots of cool faceplates for the 9900 on ebay but I can't find anything about how to change them. Is it an easy process? Will a verizon store do it for you if not? Thanks, Mosh
