Display: LG TV connected via HDMI. I updated my drivers yesterday for my Radeon HD 7850 on Windows 10 x64 to Win10-Radeon-Software-Adrenalin-2020-Edition-20.10.1-Oct19 and lost sound on the HDMI-connected TV I use for video and audio. I see no HDMI sound device in Device Manager. I still get faint sound from the speakers in the PC tower.

My Yamaha TSR-7850 has audio drop outs for about a second every 10 or so seconds when watching AT&T TV from my Roku Ultra. The issue doesn't occur using any other app or when playing through tv speakers instead. And now I realized the speakers disappear from the front screen at the time of the issue.
