    I have a TP-LINK 703n with DDWRT 05-27-2013-r21676 (last eko -brainslayer version) installed on it. I plugged a 3G USB Modem, OPTION ICON 225 (in supported list) After few try I was able to connect to my carrier (bouygtel in france). What I see : Led are still on USB modem, saying that it is connected. In status>Wan I have an IP adress and DNS.

    TP-Link 703N flashing. I did build and flash a OpenWRT TL-WR740Nv4 image on the 703N and it works without any issues except lack of USB support. A donated TL-WR740Nv4 is on the way to the devs as of a few days back, so there is hope for the 703N. The hardware is identical so it's only a matter of patch in USB support.
