Installed Smart tube next like you suggested and even this doesn't have 5.1 output. My AVR is a 7.2 receiver with Dolby Atmos/DTS:X support. But currently I am running a 5.1 out of this. And only YouTube output is in stereo. I am getting 5.1 out of other apps like Netflix on Fire TV Stick, means no issues with AVR setup or Fire TV Stick.
