    Phones are successfully registered, have available status in 3CX, and are able to make outgoing calls (but still without audio). Before the problems appeared we haven't changed anything (only the 3CX server was probably updated - it is done automatically), but now we made sure that all systems/devices are up to date (IP Phones, network devices).

    The problem is there are no sounds when we pick up the phone. If we restart all 3CX services it will work again for a week or so. It only happens with external incoming calls, outgoing and internal calls are working fine. As a workaround currently we have to schedule to restart all 3CX services overnight, however I'd like to apply a permanent fix if possible.

    For whatever reason it would appear that the RTP stream is not getting to 3CX which is generally a firewall issue. It could be that the router is doing some port translations ......... some TP-Link routers did this. You might also turn off the Windows or any 3rd party firewall that are installed on the 3CX system and try.
