I don't think anyone here needs convincing that this is not how an honest and fair company is supposed to run. 1staudiovisual need to seriously reevaluate their after sales support because it absolutely staggers me that they choose to treat their customers in this way.

1st audio visual doing what they are supposed to do I already used their site twice now and they never failed me. Now I just received my 32LM620T and the TV is stunning! They always keep their word and have delivered the goods on the day that I requested. They are delivering good service on a consistent basis that is great for a retailer company.

I contacted 1stAudioVisual only to be told that they had gone into administration and were no longer communicating with customers. I've since found out that 1stAudioVisual used dropshippers (undoubtedly Electronic Empire).

It is tonally accurate, on the beat and is smooth and musical. It is also a million miles away from cheap equipment. A complete novice could appreciate that this preamp sounds expensive. It pulls layers and layers away from the music revealing a sound that is big, bold and bright. It also sounds fantastic in a demonstration room.
