If I re-install ProTools V7.0 with DV Toolkit, everything is fine with Protools, but then AVID does not recognise the Digi 002.     This may sound tacky but I just copied the MSVCP60D.dll file from a VC 6.0 installation into the folder containing my exe and it worked. I can run my application without any problem now. Try it and let me know if it works for you too...
