    But, when I try to transcode second file, which size is about 720MB, it is failed with Error: cannot find audio codec: 0x00FF. I'm doing this on Windows Azure Virtual machine with OS Windows Server 2008 R2 Datacenter.

In pBuffer[1] & 0x00FF only the rightmost 8 bits are kept (so 0x1234 becomes 0x0034)
